Priority Center FAQs
Who collects customer payments?
HirezU sets service fees and collects all payments through HirezU payment channels. Centres must not collect visa, job or service payments on behalf of HirezU.
How is commission calculated?
Commission follows the service-specific rule and signed MoU. It is recorded only after a request is verified as paid.
What if a customer receives a refund?
Eligible commission is reversed when the underlying request is refunded or charged back.
How do I protect documents?
Issue a custody receipt, record the document list and handover confirmation, keep sealed packs secure, and do not store document images on a shared counter device.
Can the centre charge its own fee?
Do not add undisclosed charges to HirezU services. Any separate centre service must be transparent, lawful and outside HirezU published fees and the MoU.
Do I need a licence?
Your business must hold registrations and permissions applicable to its own activities. Centres are not authorised to provide immigration advice, file visa applications or recruit for jobs.
Can I assist a minor?
Ensure parent or legal guardian consent before processing personal data for anyone under 18.
How do I get support?
Email info@hirezu.in with your centre name and request or receipt reference. Do not send sensitive document images over WhatsApp.
